I was also asked to be placed on the website by the surgeon but have not been put on the website since my 2 month post op appointment. I was so happy that they were able to work around my schedule for my surgery as well as my follow up appointments. I'm so impressed and extremely happy with my results, especially since I still look like myself/the result is natural-looking. It's not a bad nose, but for some reason pictures were rarely flattering.I was reluctant to go forward with rhinoplasty because I did not want to drastically change my looks.

It will allow me to wear things that I have never been able to before.Every time I have come to the office it has been a great experience. Canales and Furnace performed a prior surgery on me. I am already planning another procedure in the near future. Canales took my opinion seriously with the size of the breast implant and made me feel at ease the morning of surgery. I went in to my surgery not knowing what size implant, brand, or profile, I was getting. He give you realistic expectations and doesn't rush his patients. The front office staff was informative and all the clinical staff were helpful, making my experience much less stressful. I was extremely pleased and had no doubt that I wanted Dr. EVERYONE in the office is so friendly, helpful, professional and ready to do whatever they can to make customers comfortable. Canales performed what I would call a miracle with what he had to work with. I have a congenital condition and have had multiple surgeries. It was way past time to have an update of my past surgery. I appreciated the honesty when it came to picking the perfect size and the attention of the staff. I am happy to finally have breasts that are very natural looking. I felt confident in knowing I made a good decision with the surgeon I chose. Needless to say, I ended up with an implant that looks too large for my frame. Canales has a great demeanor and is a great listener. front office staff is great, also Kerry is a great asset to the practice , she is highly relateable. Canales was able to accomplish what other surgeons were unwilling to do, or do at an outrageous price. I had so many questions and concerns and he sat and listened to every single one and took the time to make sure I was satisfied with his answers. Francisco Canales is a board certified plastic surgeon in Santa Rosa. Canales was educated and trained at two of the most prestigious academic institutions in the country: Harvard College and Stanford University. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors at Harvard in 1978, he then completed his medical degree from Stanford University School of Medicine in 1982. Canales was particularly interested in plastic surgery and elected to take on additional surgical training and received a Plastic Surgery Residency at Stanford University Hospital. Canales has served as Chief of Plastic Surgery at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital and as Chief of Surgery at Warrack Hospital. He is caring and listens well and put my worries at ease.

However, 3 days before the procedure I received a telephone call for pre- procedure instructions and at that time it was explained that I would be having the dog ear surgically repaired under anesthesia. This procedure took away the damage that was done to my body during pregnancies that diet and exercise could not reverse.
